Nith has 15+ years in retail and technology experience holding Senior positions at Walmart, Loblaws, and most recently, as a Retail Leader at Deloitte Canada. Nith’s career has largely focused on strategy and technology implementations for Retailers both large and small. He is experienced in SAP implementation, IT/Business/Omni-Channel Strategy, Point of Sale, Digital Transformation, eCommerce implementation, and Business Relationship Management. Nith is a servant leader who is passionate about maximizing adoption of new tools, achieving business benefits, and delivering results in new and innovative ways.

John Montgomery is a passionate and energetic leader with success in motivating people and bringing together teams in organizations ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals to create a high-performance sales culture for generating profitable revenue growth and increasing market share. An extensive background in the technology industry combined with strong financial and analytical capabilities provide for a structured and disciplined approach to producing business results that consistently exceed the goals of the organization.

Tadd Wilson serves on the Helios board of advisors, is vice president for business development at ShopRunner, and a venture partner at NextGen Venture Partners. Tadd has 15+ years in retail and technology experience as a consultant, executive, and advisor/investor. Previously, Tadd rose to become Partner and Director of Client Advisory at Toshiba Commerce, where he focused on tier-1 clients including Walmart, Kroger, Kohls, and Starbucks. Projects included future-proofing technology, roadmap development, self-service adoption, and creating cross-channel experiences.
