The Canada Digital Adoption Programme (CDAP) will allocate $4 billion in funding to help small and medium-sized businesses embrace digital transformation. The program is meant to help fund a Business Case made by a certified Digital Advisor (Like Helios Retail Consulting Limited) that will be used to pre-qualify a company for a loan up to 100K from BDC, interest free for 5 years.

The Government of Canada has outlined four mandatory criteria for eligible applicants.

There are four qualifying criteria that must be met in order to apply:

  • Be incorporated federally or provincially, or be a Canadian resident sole proprietor

  • Be a for-profit, privately owned business

  • Have between 1 – 499 full-time equivalent employees

  • Have at least $500,000 of annual revenues in one of the previous three tax years
